2. No Transactions or Billing

The ValueArc website does not process any form of payment. Users are not charged to access, request, or receive templates. As there is no financial exchange involved, refund conditions do not apply. The service is offered without registration or subscription fees. Access is granted based on informational interest only.

3. File Delivery Format

Templates are delivered in spreadsheet-compatible formats such as .xls or .xlsx. Files are sent directly by email using the address provided in the request form. Each delivery is handled manually and linked to the user’s input. There are no download accounts or member access systems on the site. Delivery time may vary depending on the queue.

4. Return Conditions Not Applicable

Since all files are digital and sent voluntarily upon request, they cannot be returned or revoked after delivery. Users receive full access to the file immediately upon receipt. Files are not stored in personal user spaces and cannot be tracked or invalidated. As such, the concept of "return" is not relevant in this context.

5. Non-Refundable Content

Templates are shared for free and without restriction on file usage within internal workflows. There is no transaction record or proof of purchase. Users do not enter into any financial agreement when submitting a request. Accordingly, no refund mechanism is offered or required. Files are not sold or licensed.

6. Delivery Issues or Non-Receipt

In such cases, we will verify the request and resend the relevant file. No resending fees or requirements apply. File delivery support is limited to original requests only.

7. File Format or Access Errors

If you receive a file that cannot be opened or appears damaged, please notify us with the exact filename and submission details. We may provide an updated version in the same format. However, ValueArc does not provide continuous versioning, file history, or alternative formats. Templates are shared "as-is" based on common standards.

8. Use Limitations

All materials are provided for non-commercial use. Redistribution, public upload, or resale of files is not permitted.
